Eligibility criteria
Professor
- A postgraduate degree in Unani Medicine in the relevant topic, as approved by the IMCC Act of 1970.
- Five years of teaching experience as a Reader/Associate Professor in the relevant topic, or five years of research experience in PB-III (RS.15,600-39,100) with GP RS.7600/- with NPA. OR 15 years combined teaching experience in the concerned subject as Reader/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Lecture or 15 years of research experience in the pay scale of PB-III (RS.15,600-39,100) with GP of RS.7,600/- 6,600/- and RS. 5,400/- with NPA respectively, with a minimum of 2 years in the pay scale of PB-III (RS.15,600-39,100) with GP of RS.7,600/- with NPA.
Reader
- A postgraduate degree in Unani Medicine in the relevant topic, as approved by the IMCC Act of 1970.
- 5 years of teaching experience in the subject or 5 years of research experience in PB-III (RS.15600- 39100) with GP RS.6600/- with NPA. OR 10 years of combined teaching experience as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the relevant topic or 10 years of research experience in PB-III (RS.15,600-39,100) with GP RS.6600/- and GP RS.5,400/- with NPA.
- A minimum of three research papers in index medicos or national journals.
Lecturer
1) A postgraduate degree in Unani medicine in the subject area in question, which is recognized by the IMCC Act of 1970.
