Eligibility Criteria

Senior Manager (Civil)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required, as well as a minimum of 9 years of executive experience in the construction/maintenance department of a big Fertilizer / Chemical / Civil Construction firm/ Petrochemical Plant or large Engineering.

Human Resources & Administration Senior Manager:

Two-year postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management Industrial Relations Labor Welfare or Social Work (with a specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (with a specialization in Personnel/HR Management). OR 02 years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labor Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) with a minimum of 9 years executive experience.

Officer (Sales):

1. Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks

Management Trainee (Chemical):

A bachelor’s degree in engineering (in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Petrochemical Technology) with a minimum of 60% marks is required.

sanitary Inspector:

A class X pass with a Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course from a recognized institution and 5 years of experience in sanitary management of industrial establishments/hospitals/government organizations is required.

Craftsman (fitter cum mechanic)

class X pass with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Mechanic with 2-year experience in the trade in large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in the Engineering Industry.

Age Limit

• 45 years for senior managers
• Officer (Sales)/Administration Trainees aged 26 to 31
• Technicians / Sanitary Inspectors / Craftsmen / Rigger Assistants: 35-40 years old.
• The maximum age following all relaxations for all positions is 53 years.
