Eligibility criteria- Cordite Factory Aruvankadu Recruitment 2023
Passed the AOCP Trade Entrance Exam with receiving a NAC or NTC from NCTVT (now NCVT).
Having training or experience in the production and handling of military explosives and ammunition from ordnance factories.
Age Limit
18 to 30 years old as of April 1, 2023, for general candidates. Candidates who are OBC-NCL, SC/ST, or Ex-SM will be allowed age relaxation as permitted.
Selection process- Cordite Factory Aruvankadu Recruitment 2023
- Candidates will be assigned solely on the basis of their performance in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test, in the order of merit. Based on the overall NCTVT scores, the manufacturer will select the cut-off percentage for inviting candidates to trade tests.
- A merit list will be generated based on the combined marks obtained in the NCTVT Exam and the Trade Test/Practical Test.
- Marks in the NCTVT Exam and Trade Test/Practical Test will be considered at 80% and 20%, respectively.
- In the order of merit, candidates who pass the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be invited for Document Verification. There can only be as many applicants invited for document verification as there are open positions (by discipline or category).
- If candidates are rejected during the Document Verification process due to a lack of required documents/testimonials, or failing to meet the advertised criteria for Age, Qualification, Experience, and so on, additional candidates will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit (Discipline / Category wise). The total number of candidates who will be denied will determine how many additional candidates will be invited for document verification.
